Join me for this Christmassy workshop where you'll get to print your own fabric wrapping paper! The workshop is at 6-9pm on Friday 9th December at Puffin Pottery in the heart of Otley.
Beginners very welcome! No prior experience of printing or art necessary.
During this workshop you'll learn about transferring your design onto a lino block, how to cut the lino and how to transfer your design onto cotton. I'll also be showing you how to heat seal your fabric and how to turn it into a gorgeous fabric wrap to wrap up a present - just in time for Christmas!
You'll get to make up to 4 fabric wraps, and be able to take home ink and your design to print onto further fabric at home! This workshop is the perfect opportunity to take some time out, get creative and have some fun.
All materials for use at the workshop are included in the price.
Please note this workshop is for those ages 16+ (14+ when accompanied by an adult). We'll be using sharp tools to cut out the paper design and I will be providing a health and safety briefing. In purchasing the ticket to this workshop you accept full responsibility for your own safety when using the sharp implements.
No prior experience neccessary!
