I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your item –  I want you to love you new printed goodies, but if you’re looking to return your item please have a read below and then email me at sophie@inkandbear.co.uk and I can sort it out for you. Please note that you must contact me within 5 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Prints

For prints returned within 14 days of purchase, in the original condition and packaging, I will provide a full refund.

Clothes

For clothes returned within 14 days of purchase, in the original condition and packaging, I will provide a full refund. Items that appear worn are not eligible for return.

 

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Postage Costs

Refunds for postage costs are not offered (except were an item is damaged or incorrect) and postage of the return would be at your own cost. Please note that Ink & Bear do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit and cannot offer a refund if the item is not received – for peace of mind it is suggested that you keep a postage receipt with tracking number until you have received your refund.

Ink & Bear reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that doesn’t meet conditions for return.
